The Ketogenic Diet - Week 3 On Keto - Lost 3 Pounds - 3 Week Total Of 17 Pounds Lost

Starting weight on February 8th was 281 lbs. on Ketogenic diet. I weighted myself on Sunday morning February 15th and I was 278 lbs. that is a total of 3 pounds lost this week.

My macros and calories are still the same. I lifted 2 times this week and it was a full body circuit workout with 1 days of light cardio - 30 mins of basketball. 

I have lost a total of 17 pounds on 3 weeks of the keto diet. I am hoping for another 3-4 pounds off this upcoming week.

I have tried a recipe this past week of a pizza crust with cheese and coconut flour. It was pretty good and I will make it again. Will also try some almond buns soon. I will post some of these recipes in the future, as well as what my daily meals and macros look like.

The Ketogenic Diet - Week 2 On Keto - Lost 4 Pounds - 2 Week Total Of 14 Pounds Lost

Starting weight on February 1st was 285 lbs. on Ketogenic diet. I weighted myself on Sunday morning February 8th and I was 281 lbs.

 I still feel good and have a lot of energy. My macros and calories are still the same. I lifted 2 times this week and it was a full body circuit workout with 2 days of light cardio - 30 mins of basketball.

 I have lost a total of 14 pounds on 2 weeks of the keto diet. So about 1 pound per day so far.....not bad, not bad at all! I know a good amount of this weight loss is water weight, but it all is not water, some of it is fat!! I am hoping for another 3-4 pounds off this upcoming week. I know I will eventually stall for a bit, but will cross that bridge when I get there.

The Ketogenic Diet - Week 1 On Keto - Lost 10 Pounds

Started ketogenic diet on January 26th. Starting weight was 295.5 lbs. Week 1 weight as of Sunday morning February 1st was 285 lbs. I lost 10 pounds in 1 week of the keto diet.

My macros are 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carbs. I am consuming between 1800 to 2000 calories per day. I did not suffer from the keto flu. My body adapted pretty quick. I feel good and have a good amount of energy.
