Starting weight on February 8th was 281 lbs. on Ketogenic diet. I weighted myself on Sunday morning February 15th and I was 278 lbs. that is a total of 3 pounds lost this week.
My macros and calories are still the same. I lifted 2 times this week and it was a full body circuit workout with 1 days of light cardio - 30 mins of basketball.
I have lost a total of 17 pounds on 3 weeks of the keto diet. I am hoping for another 3-4 pounds off this upcoming week.
I have tried a recipe this past week of a pizza crust with cheese and coconut flour. It was pretty good and I will make it again. Will also try some almond buns soon. I will post some of these recipes in the future, as well as what my daily meals and macros look like.
