Started ketogenic diet on January 26th.
Starting weight was 295.5 lbs.
Week 1 weight as of Sunday morning February 1st was 285 lbs.
I lost 10 pounds in 1 week of the keto diet.
My macros are 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carbs. I am consuming between 1800 to 2000 calories per day.
I did not suffer from the keto flu. My body adapted pretty quick. I feel good and have a good amount of energy.
