Starting weight on February 1st was 285 lbs. on Ketogenic diet.
I weighted myself on Sunday morning February 8th and I was 281 lbs.
I still feel good and have a lot of energy. My macros and calories are still the same.
I lifted 2 times this week and it was a full body circuit workout with 2 days of light cardio - 30 mins of basketball.
I have lost a total of 14 pounds on 2 weeks of the keto diet. So about 1 pound per day so far.....not bad, not bad at all!
I know a good amount of this weight loss is water weight, but it all is not water, some of it is fat!!
I am hoping for another 3-4 pounds off this upcoming week. I know I will eventually stall for a bit, but will cross that bridge when I get there.
